【士林坪頂古圳步道】夏日沁涼瀑布步道與百年水圳（Ping-Ding Canel Trail with waterfull)

難得在台北市近郊，有一處乾淨見底的三大古水圳陪伴著踏青者一路往內雙溪的深山裡，有巨石溪谷與泉水，石縫中噴發而出的冰涼瀑布泉水，溪中小魚跟蝦子清晰可見，這就是台北近郊的避暑步道-坪頂古圳步道。
雖然說是溪流步道，但是三大古圳最上方的坪頂古圳恰為內雙溪區-坪頂居民的生活飲用水，還是要盡量避免污染到，坪頂是平等里的老地名，指為一處位於高處的平坦地形，先民入住開墾後為了飲水灌溉修建三公里長的坪頂古圳步道，從清朝時期1835年到現在有186年以上的歷史，而後越來越多移民遷居來坪頂居住，落腳農耕使得當地水源不夠，因此在1849年修建了第二座坪頂新圳，水圳長四公里。

這是一處平緩行進的山路搭配石階路爬升下降，適合初心者與親子同遊欣賞大自然與溪中小生物(・∀・) 在台北爬了幾年郊山，坪頂古圳步道真心推薦給大家，除了溪水乾淨外的優點，當地的水圳實屬具有歷史特色的建物並帶有娛樂性質，易留下好印象與記憶。

Freezing cold water keep coming out from pingding canel and waterfall, small fish and shrimp both are swimming at canel, this hiking trail is located at the mountain of Taipei Nei shaung Xi (內雙溪）with low-humid and comfortable environment.
There are 3 canels providing drinking water to Pingding (坪頂） distinct’s resident , it’s better to maintain canel cleanness during hiking and take away trash. PingDing is a old name of Ping Deng viliage(平等里）and Chinese meaning of which is a flat terrain at high altitude. In order to collect more water to be farming and daily use for people drinking for more and more ancient coming to Taipei hundreds years ago, 3 ancient cacel were bulit here. In 1835 , first canel “PingDing ancient canel” (坪頂古圳）was built and distance is 3 kilometer long.
This trail is gradually ascending hiking trail with well constructed ladder. It’s basic level for beginner and suitable for family to come. Nature with small creature, fish and shrimp must be exciting to many children.(・∀・) It’s really worthy and impressive to come to PingDing canel and you can enjoy this historical canel hiking trail and nice cold water in summer time !

路線資訊

坪頂古圳步道基本資料 Basic information

交通方式：
1.至善路三段370巷登山口：騎車或開車到此處，或者搭乘公車-小18至“坪頂古圳步道口”站牌下車，步行三分鐘往上坡走可到坪頂古圳登山口，或者步行到370巷巷底，也有另一登山口。
2.平菁街登山口：騎車或開車到平菁街95巷底，或者搭乘公車-小19到“內厝”站下車約步行8分鐘到登山口。
3.萬溪支線產業道路：搭乘市民小巴1到“頂山”站，步行數分鐘到坪頂古圳登山口，或者騎車開車到“頂山庭院咖啡”，登山口在旁邊。
花費時間：4 小時（至善路三段370巷登山口 →坪頂古圳步道 →內雙溪古道 → 走坪頂新圳步道回來 →接坪頂古圳石梯步道 → 遇上往萬溪產業道路不取續行 → 走回至善路三段370巷巷底)
海拔高度：最高海拔 487 公尺
海拔差異：300 公尺

建議攜帶物品：一公升以上用水/零食

Transportation:
1.From Zhi Shan road sec3. trailhead (至善路三段）：Drive to Zhi Shan road sec.3 or take bus small 18 and get off at “PingDing ancient canel trail entrance” station（坪頂古圳步道口）, then take 3 minutes to walk to trailhead or walking to the end of Zhi Shan road sec.3 which is another trailhead as well.
2.PingJing street trailhead(平菁街）: Drive to PingJing street 95 ln. or take bus – small 19 and get off at “nei cuo” station（內厝站）and take 8 minutes to walk to trailhead.
3.Wan xi zhi xian road trailhead(萬溪支線產業道路）：Drive to Wan xi zhi xian road or Ding shan cafe store, which trailhead just near cafe store. Or you can take taipei bus 1 to Ding shan station.
Spending time: 4 hour
Elevation: Highest elevation 487 meter.
The difference of elevation: 300 meter.
Difficulty: ✩
Recommened to carry on item: 1 liter water/ food.

▶ 12:56 p.m 抵達登山口，路口在至善路三段370巷路上，此段古圳步道也叫大崎頭步道。
中午時間點過來，附近已經有許多車輛臨停在路邊，夏日炎熱的時候坪頂古圳步道算是一個相當知名的景點，倘若開車來的可能需要找一下停車位，這邊沒有專門的停車場～開上去小路只會越來越窄 (´･ω･`)
從大崎頭步道開始走，過一會兒就會走進竹林步道裡遮蔭又涼快，總共會爬升約200m到有水圳伴隨的步道。

12:56 p.m. arrvied trailhead, it’s located at the Zhi Shan road sec3, 370 ln and trail sign will be your left side. Many cars just parking on the both side of Zhi shan road here implying many people have come here, i guess their destination is the same as mine – Pingding ancient canel trail. It’s seems very popular spot in summer time but no parking lot here.
Departure from this trailhead, bamboo forest will be in front of you after a while and terrain will ascend 200 meter before arrived canel.

步道左側有廣大的梯田與作物，往回一看有對面的界寮縱走綿延的綠山，展望非常好(・∀・)～

13:30 抵達民宅交岔路口，經過兩三家住家後，會有一座登山指示牌，此處往左轉續行登山步道，不要直走往產業道路走喔！不過故意走錯往產業道路走會遇到一座小瀑布，可以清洗一下剛才一路爬升的汗水很剛好 (๑´ㅂ`๑)

13:30 p.m. arrived the branchroad of residence, turn left to PingDing ancient canel trail as usual and trail guide is located here. It’s obvious to turn left. If you keep going straigt here instead of turning left, will see a small waterfull and go to another road with wrong direction but you can clean up sweaty body yourself. (๑´ㅂ`๑)

若是不小心續行走產業道路的話，會在左側有一處泉水或小瀑布～

If choose to wrong direction, you will see a small waterfall here on the left side~

13:36 走回剛剛的叉路口左行，續行步道往上，一路上會遇到相當多的竹林，有當地人在挖竹筍還在登山口附近販賣新鮮農作物。雖然陡升階梯讓人軟腳，但是沿路的徐風跟涼爽溫度跟市區比起來相當舒服。(*≧▽≦)

13:36 p.m. back to branchraod after cleaned up myself (*≧▽≦). Inside bamboo forest with cold wind , it’s pretty comfortable even rocky stairs is super long and seems endless.

14:00 行經鵝尾山岔路，上頭標示4/4/2021藍天隊來開過路，目前2021七月看起來路徑還相當清晰，改天再來挑戰，今天炎炎夏日還是趕緊去踏踏水，繼續續行～

14:00 p.m. pass by E-Wei Shan(鵝尾山）trailhead, keep straight to Pingding canel trail. E-wei shan trailhead has a mark sign with a word”2021/4/4″ which seems like Lan-tian club(藍天隊） have coming here to clean up trail. This club is famous in Taipei due to they often clean up weed along trail helping hikers to go hiking smoothly.

不取鵝尾山續行，14:04 p.m. 抵達往坪頂古圳步道岔路，圖中的話是往左行，左上角是原來的路。
如果選擇往圖中右邊階梯往下的話，就會前往平菁街的登山口，後方有個隱密山野小徑則是前往瑪礁古道。

14:08 p.m. 即抵達坪頂古圳，入口處有座水閘門寫著『坪頂古圳』的字樣。
坪頂是平等里的老地名，指一處位於高處的平坦地。這裡有兩條古圳以坪頂為名，一座叫坪頂新圳，另一條在這裡的就是坪頂古圳。這座古圳的修建追遡到坪頂地區的開墾歷史，最早移民是從乾隆六年1741年開始，由先民何士蘭,陳促,林臣度等人先後抵達開墾，人口增多後為了飲水及灌溉開始修建古圳，在1835年完工。長度三公里，還包含一條長達60公尺的隧道，隧道口上便有坪頂古圳的字（即下方照片的四字）。 –摘自當地看板

PingDing is old name of Ping Deng village which means flat terrain at high elevation. Here are 2 ancient canel called as PingDing canel, one is PingDing ancient canel（坪頂古圳） and the another one is PingDing new canel.(坪頂新圳）Both canels were built hundreds years ago due to the growth of population in Pingding distinct and more farm and crop need well-constructed canel. PingDing ancient canel completed in 1835 and 3 kilometer long with 60 meters long tunnel.

古圳到目前已經有186年了，但仍然供應平等里的灌溉飲水，可見隧道口一旁寫著『請勿洗腳』的字樣 (・∀・)

PingDing ancient canel is already 186 years old but still keep providing drinking water to resident lived in Ping Ding distinct. “Do not wash your foot” mark just stick on wall near Pingding canel tunnel entrance. (・∀・)

14:18 p.m. 抵達岔路口，直行繼續走坪頂古圳古道，右轉岔路可以前往坪頂新圳與登峰圳。
繼續直走往坪頂古圳上游。

14:18 p.m. arrived the branchroad. Keep straight to the upstream of Pingding canel. if turn right here, will go to Pingding new canel （坪頂新圳）and Deng Feng canel (登峰圳）.

14:45 p.m. 抵達岔路口。
前方柵門處不取，不確定是否為別人家，若有人知道希望可以告訴我´･ᴗ･`

這邊取右方小路下切溪谷，往坪頂新圳上游的泉水處玩水。

Do to enter the gate and choose small trail on the right side. Not sure anybody lived inside behide the gate.´･ᴗ･`

Take the small trail at right side and go down to stream.

15:00 p.m. 下切到往坪頂新圳岔路口，這邊有很乾淨的泉水池跟超多小魚。
即使市區在高溫37度的環境，內雙溪裡頭的古圳泉水還是相當冰涼，森林裡的微風跟溫度也很宜人舒適(・∀・)

15:00 p.m. arrived the branchroad to PingDing new canel, there are many fish and super cold/clean water here. Even it’s super hot with 37 celcius degree in Taipei city but in PingDing canel trail still comfortable and not sweaty all the time.(・∀・)

There are many “Candidia barbata” fish in stream, many of which is typical common to see in Taiwan.

15:50 p.m.續行，於剛剛的泉水處過溪後到對面的竹林裡往下游方向走，繼續前往即可抵達坪頂新圳步道。

15:50 p.m. keep going PingDing new canel trail. After pass by the waterpool spot, need to across the river to downstream direction and arrive PingDing new canel trail.

半路上遇到在水中抓著樹枝載浮載沉的獨角仙，把牠拾起後放到樹叢中～難得遇到很漂亮的獨角仙(・∀・)

Beetle just hold tightly on branches and floating on canel. Just pick up and put at the forest~ it’s not often to meet beautiful beetle. (・∀・)

16:15 p.m. 抵達坪頂古圳石階路岔路，這一條長條石階貫穿“坪頂古圳”, “坪頂新圳“ 以及 “登峰圳“。因為我要繞回至善路三段370巷巷底，處在地勢較低的位置，故要往石階下方走～
其實這邊古道的岔路很多，即時的地圖標示牌也很少，在這就遇到許多人前來問路，建議行前可以下載登山離線地圖APP，可以快速知道自己的位置，以及即將前往的路線方向，可以參考我的另一篇網誌有完整的離線地圖app使用教學，就可以輕鬆在這裡走跳囉o(^▽^)o

16:15 p.m. arrived branchroad to Pingding ancient canel, this rocky stair across “PingDing ancient canel”, “Ping Ding new canel” and “Deng Feng canel”.
This canel trail has many branchroad and not many guide map on the way, so many people come to ask whick direction to trailhead or where to go. 16:27 p.m. 到達涼亭處，岔路口左轉後有著一路向下的石階，輕鬆好走

16:41 p.m. 抵達岔路口，往至善路三段370巷底或者另一座登山口，即萬溪產業道路

17:00 p.m. 抵達田尾仔橋，直行到底左轉，右轉會前往別人家裡ಠ_ಠ

17:02 p.m. 出登山口，登山口處有一處長期擺攤的菜攤，剛好有非常多的竹筍，就買了點回去，不知道是不是這附近山區沿路看到竹林裡的山產呢？(´･ω･`)

【中和圓通寺步道】天然一線天石洞與百年大榕樹 (Natural cave and Century Tree- Yuan Tong Temple’s Trail)

第一次知道圓通寺是在高中時期，校歌裡有一句：『白雲飛　青天高圓通寺下展懷抱
中和至誠　謙融　通達….』但實地走訪才知道原來圓通寺看不到中和高中。

始於昭和1926年，近百年前就座落在新北中和南邊山區的圓通寺，附近有著四通八達規劃完整的步道，巨石中崩裂出一條巨隙而形成的一線天石洞，360年百年大雀榕，隱藏於山中的羽球場與沿路的健身設備都會讓人感到印象深刻與親近感，沿路路徑好走非常適合親子同遊，也適合年輕人來一探新景點。(・∀・)

從新北土城一帶的天上山-承天禪寺接續到中和南勢角山有個很有趣的特性，走一段路就會有健身娛樂設施單槓與盪鞦韆還有大輪胎可以躺拉拉筋，還有數不清的小土地公廟。Pear我小時候在土城長大，看到這樣山路總是覺得特別熟悉(´･ω･`) 每逢暑假總是會帶著一罐冰了整夜的飲料冰沙上到土城承天禪寺爬個山，玩一輪健身設施才下了山。

Since 1926 year of Japanese Colonial Period, Yuan-tong temple (圓通寺) have built at the south of Zhang-he distinct (中和區） in New Taipei City a hundred year ago Yuan-tong temple’s trail(圓通寺步道） is a well-organizied trail, natural cave, badminton court hiding in mountains , a varity of fitness facility and century tree are all waiting for your explore here and definitely impressive every visitors with this multiple development trail. This trail is basic level for hikers and easy to visit (・∀・)
It’s common to see the similar fitness facility setup at the trail of mountains along Tu-cheng distinct(土城區）to Zhang-he District (中和區）, for example, hanging bars, swing and slide along the trail. Also, traditional temple – Tu Di Gong (土地公）is the god of the land, it’s frequently seen in this region. Since i was child and grow up in Tu-Cheng Distinct(土城區） , i often go hiking in Tu-cheng Distinct’s trail and really enjoyable with a bottle of iced soda and fitness facility in summer time. (´･ω･`)

路線資訊

以下為攀爬圓通寺步道基本資訊：

交通資訊：
1.中和復興國小上圓通寺步道：可搭乘橘2至游氏宗祠站下車，走路至復興路301巷底即見到登山口，也可以騎車開車到復興路301巷。此走法會行經國旗嶺與鄧公嶺，也是筆者的走法。
2.中和樂天宮上圓通寺步道：自行開車騎車去中興街237巷路底見樂天宮，也有登山步道口。
3.中和圓通寺直上圓通寺步道：自行開車騎車去圓通路367巷路底，即見到圓通寺。往寺廟進去可以見到登山路口。
花費時間：筆者選擇復興國小上圓通寺，花費三小時
海拔高度：圓通禪寺180m
海拔落差：237 m
建議攜帶物品：防曬帽/一公升以上用水/零食

Transportation:
1. From Fu-Xing elementary school (復興國小）, go to right side of entrance to the end and then turn left , you will see the trailhead. Or just search 301 lane, Fu-xing road (復興路301巷）.
2. From Le-tian temple （樂天宮）: you can search 237 lane, Zhang-xing street (中興街237巷） or Le-tian temple (樂天宮）, one of trailhead is located here as well.
3. From Yuan-Tong temple (圓通寺）：You can search 367 lane, Yuan-tong road （圓通路367巷）
Spending time: 3 hours ( i choose the trail from Fu-Xing elementary school)
Elevation: Yuan-Tong temple 180 m
Difference of elevation: 237 m
Recommended carry-on items: Boonie / 1 liter water / food

若是從中和復興國小起登，往國小門口右邊走到底，再左轉進去巷口再到底可見到登山口。

If chose to go hiking from Fu-Xing elementary school, it need to turn right side when you face to the entrance of schoole, then turn left to the end of lane.

12:14 p.m. 抵達登山口，登山口明顯可認有一清楚告示牌寫圓通寺登山步道。

12:14 p.m. arrived trailhead, it’s clear to see the sign just located here to show “Yuan-Tong temple trail guide”.

12:20 p.m. 到達岔路口，右行前往中和樂天宮與中興公園，不取，繼續直行往國旗嶺。沿路有許多的白色椅子提供路人休息，非常貼心。

12:20 p.m. arrived branchroad. Will reach to Le-tian temple and Zhang-Xin park if chose right side. Keep going straight to Yuan-Tong temple （圓通寺）and Guo-chi ling (國旗嶺） . There are many white benches for visitors to take rest.

12:27 到達迎日石三岔路，左方有一迎日石，右方續行往國旗嶺與圓通寺。

12:27 p.m. arrived branchroad, the road to left side will be Ying-ri stone which chinese meaning is a rock facing the sunlight. Choose the right side to Yuan-Tong temple （圓通寺）and Guo-chi ling(國旗嶺）.

迎日石為一塊巨大的平坦石塊，到達時剛好正中午非常炎熱，就迅速離開了。

Ying-ri stone is quite huge and this area is super hot at noon.

沿路的石階鋪設完整非常好走，大部分路段都有樹林遮蔭不會太曬，但夏日來訪還是十分炎熱(ꐦ ಠ皿ಠ )，沒走一下子就滿身汗了，雖然與市區相比起來，步道還是稍微涼快有空不那麼悶～

This trail is quite easy and comfortable to walk for hiker, most of area shade by bunch of trees. While in summmer time of Taipei especially, it’s too humid and getting sweating easily even many shawdow along the way.(ꐦ ಠ皿ಠ )

沿路上有非常多的涼亭與椅子可以休息～不用怕沒有地方可以休息(・∀・)

There are pretty much benches along the trail, you don’t need to worry about no places to take rest.(・∀・)

12:40 p.m. 遇上陡上階梯，這邊只要上到國旗嶺後，就幾乎到稜線上了，接下來只要稜線上走很輕鬆。

12:40 p.m. arrived the places having many rocky ladders, it will reach summit soon if pass here.

12:47 p.m. 岔路口，左方的入口牌子有清楚寫著取左行可前往國旗嶺方向，左方牌子下方寫著：『啟窗日日見青山，山色青青不改顏，我問青山何日老，青山問我幾時間』取國旗嶺方向，後續一樣可以接到圓通寺步道。

12:47 p.m. arrived branchroad again, the sign at left side just mark the direction of Guo-chi ling (國旗嶺). This sign has a poem below it. Choose left side to go Guo-Chi ling, this way can reach to Yuan-Tong temple as well.

12:52 到達國旗嶺，旁邊有個束起的國旗台，不知道什麼時候國旗才會被打開在這裡飄揚。

12:52 p.m. arrived Guo-Chi ling(國旗嶺）, there is a national flag platform just near here but it doesn’t open it and blowing by wind.

國旗嶺上有一個很像鳥的小雕像，這種鳥時常在中和地區看到，而且發出的聲音很固定：『咕咕, 咕～～～咕咕, 咕～～～～』

13:11 p.m. 國旗嶺續行往下走，接到百年雀榕榕樹，根據告示牌所說，在幾十年前這裡具有煤礦礦坑，於是在樹下建了土地公以祈求平安，而這棵樹有360年以上的歷史，數十年前議員為了要提供中和居民一塊好地方爬山休憩，花費幾百萬元鋪磚修整，才有了現在這麼完整的步道跟周圍運動設施。

13:11 p.m. keep going straight after departured from Guo-chi ling(國旗嶺). Huge century tree just stand in front of me after couple minutes departured from Guo-chi ling. From the information of travel guide, this tree has 360 years old and here is especially for people to take rest for whom come here to work in coal mining industry several decades ago. Because coal mining industry is around this mountains area, Tu-Di Gong (土地公）temple just built below this century tree for praying and peace. Parliamentary representative even spend million money to repair the trail here for resident of Zhang-he distinct.

沿著土地公旁的小路往下走，可以看到盪鞦韆/ 單槓/ 健身用的輪胎/ 溜滑梯，甚至還有帆布拉起的羽球場，從外側完全看不出來有這樣的世外桃源，越走越驚艷。裡頭有著徐風吹來加上帆布遮蔭，在這邊休息也很舒適。

From the branchroad of Tu-Di Gong temple, badminton court hiding in mountains and a varity of fitness facility both can seen here. It’s unbelievable that this trail can have a small “playground” insides it. It’s pretty comfortble and interesting to stay here and enjoy wind.

13:20 鄧公嶺，石碑上寫著在幾十年前有一位鄧公老先生時常來此爬山，雖然一把年紀了但看起來相當年輕擁有童顏且箭布如飛，後來以此為紀念。

13:20 arrived Deng gong ling(鄧公嶺), Deng gong ling has a old stele here and a short article mark on it which describes an older man frequenctly visit here and he has totally oppsite behavior against his age, he looks very young and always walking very fast that not like as old man. So people build a “Deng gong” stele here for monument which name is exactly as older man is.

路上看到的洋蔥狀石指示牌，下下張圖為一旁的洋蔥狀石圖片，一圈又一圈的紋理十分清晰可見，輕輕一撥就可以將石頭撥下。指示牌說明洋蔥石為凝灰岩，組成是火山灰而50%以上為顆粒直徑小於2毫米的火山塵和火山灰壓實結實而成^[2]。

Onion-like Stone is often observed along the trail and there is a sign talking about it. Its texture is like as onion with muitiple layer and easy to breake it and this kinds of stone is consist of volcanic ash with 2 mm of diameter.^[2]

從鄧公嶺往圓通寺路上隨時可見左側山區有著顯目的洪爐地土地公！(・∀・)

通往到圓通寺前會先接到仁慈寺，路上會經過一戶有著很多鴿子的房舍與結實纍纍的柚子樹，可惜中秋節還沒到，不然就可以撿地上的果實了，讀者不要亂學喔(*≧▽≦)

Ren-ci temple （仁慈寺）just on the way to Yuan-Tong temple(圓通寺）, there is bird house and grapfruit tree would pass by along the trail. If now it is September, grapfruit will be the right season to eat! I think i can’t help but to steal fruit in this no one here situation in the right season (*≧▽≦)

13:36 p.m. 下一段長樓梯後到達仁慈寺，一到達時這邊為一大片的草地，不取直行往右轉，可以見到圓通寺步道的指示標誌。經過香爐後就要右轉，登山指示牌子就在眼前。

13:36 P.M. Arrived Ren-ci temple (仁慈寺). Turn to right side after pass by temple, will see the trail guide map to show direction of Yuan-Tong temple.

13:42 p.m. 到達往圓通寺三岔路口，取直行往玉皇宮（有很兇的黑狗）與慈雲寺，取右邊的路，一條往一線天另一條往圓通寺。我先往一線天的路線再走圓通寺回來，路上可以遇到些許的健身器材。

13:42 p.m. arrived branchroad. Choose the right side to natural cave or Yuan-Tong temple. There will be 2 way at the right side, one is directly to natural cave and another is directly to Yuan-Tong temple but both can reach to the same place. If choose to go straight, will meet the Yu-huang temple (玉皇宮） and there are 3 horrible dogs staying there to warn people to come in.

13:52 p.m. 從剛才往一線天的路不斷直行就可以直達一線天，一個地底山洞就直接出現在你面前，就像RPG遊戲有許多地道一樣(~￣▽￣)~ 往裡頭看是很黑的石洞，上頭有幾道裂縫穿透了陽光進來讓人可以正常行走。

13:52 p.m. arrived natural cave, it looks pretty dark from outside and while it’s easy to walk inside with the sunlight from stone slit. It’s just like cave underground in RPG game for further adventure (~￣▽￣)~

穿出石洞後，就會發現上方有著相當多的巨石形成的山壁，只想快速通過這裡(⊙ꇴ⊙) 而出了石洞後右方還有一隻石獅雕像有人供奉著。

After pass through cave, giant steep wall just appearing in front of you and i just would like to leave here as soon as possilbe to avoid rock falling down (⊙ꇴ⊙)
Also, there is lion-like stone located here for pray by local people.

14:05 p.m. 到達圓通寺，圓通寺是少數只專收女比丘尼的寺廟，寺內可以見到居住所寫著：『男賓止步』的字樣，除此之外，圓通寺還是熱門的拍片景點，像是“桃花小妹”, “倚天屠龍記”, “幾度夕陽紅”, 而寺廟的建築風格採用日本,台灣與西洋兼具的設計與淺色大理石建材而顯得跟大部分台灣宮廟有明顯的差異。

14:05 p.m. arrive Yuan-tong temple(圓通寺）, this temple is particular for women buddhist nun and not accept monk. Their dorm inside temple has a paper mark that remind visitors do not come into if gender is male. On the other hand, Yuan-Tong temple is a popular spot to make film, for example, the episode of “MoMoKO Love”, “The Heaven Sword and the Dragon Saber” and “Many Enchanting Nights” had taken film here. This temple’s construction is combined with Japanese/Taiwan/Western style and use light color marble which is totally differenct the style of Taiwan traditional temple.

圓通寺前的展望超級良好！雖然附近洪爐地更幅員遼闊，但相較圓通寺人比較稀少，可以安靜的享受這裡的徐風與風景。而晚上圓通寺的夜景，也很璀璨迷人喔（´･∀･`)

It is fabulous view and wide from Yuan-Tong temple! Compared to Heng-Lu-Di(洪爐地), Heng-Lu-Di has much wider view but much more people visiting there. In contrast, Yuan-Tong temple is more quiet and you can stay here to enjoy scenary without other people bothering. Also, the night view is fascinating here!(´･∀･`)

這一天在圓通寺步道漫步的時候，有許多當地的伯伯跟嬸嬸就在路旁的涼亭休息聊天吹風，或者用運動器材甩著手臂，來遛狗爬山的，若說陽明山是台北人的後花園，那圓通寺步道就是中和人的秘密桃花源。

There are many olders and people just get together here, using fitness facility and chating with their friend happily or take rest seating on bench to enjoy their afternoon. It’s said that Yang-Ming Shan(陽明山）is backyard of people lived in Taipei, then Yuan-Tong temple’s (圓通寺）trail should be a secret backyard of people lived in Zhang-he distinct(中和區）.

【三芝內柑宅瀑布】透心涼18度C的清涼瀑布(Neiganzhai Waterfall with 18°C water)

2021. 天氣晴時多雲

位於八連溪上游區域的內柑宅瀑布，泉水來自於陽明山山系，一路流至三芝白沙灣區域出海至太平洋，內柑宅瀑布水質乾淨冰涼，在夏日適合來玩溪水透心涼一下，秋天一到變轉紅的台灣楓樹點紅了步道，又名紅葉谷瀑布。兩度來訪，同樣探訪的人不多於一隊，這裏岔路偏多，看起來像路的溪谷也多，叢林密佈之下森林亮度一到下午就偏暗，沿路破碎石路多青苔極易打滑，潮濕的環境也很多螞蝗。對於初心者來說，走起來是會有相當難度的，雖然沿路有登山布條，但有許多條是指示往其他路線，像是很遠的蒿山 988m或者五腳松步道，來此玩賞必要下載離線地圖，不然必迷路 (´･ω･`) 可以參考我的另一篇網誌→學會如何操作登山離線地圖

Neiganzhai waterfall （內柑宅瀑布）is located above upstream of Balian river (八連溪）and flow all the way downstream to Pacific ocean. Water is freezing cold and super crystal clean, it’s originating from Yangming shan(陽明山). 18°C waterfull attracts vistors to come here in summer time , in contrast, leaves turns red during fall seanson so Neiganzhai waterall are called as red-leaves valley’s waterfall (紅葉谷瀑布）as well. I have visited here twice and every time only 1 group come here that we meet on the way, not so much people visit neiganzhai waterfall as i know. While there are several items needs to be noticed, 1. many branchroad on the way, 2. many valley on the way but it’s not trail 3. it’s pretty dark in late afternoon with dense forest, 4. Easy to fall down due to many stone moss, 5. Many blood sucker on the way. It’s advanced level for the beginner to visit this trail, better to download offline navigation app in advance to understand
trail track in map and you can use it to locate yourself by GPS during hiking, otherwise it might be getting lost in neiganzhai waterfall trail (´･ω･`)

以下為攀登內柑宅瀑布的基本資訊

交通方式：開車或騎車前往三芝區北新路接中山路三段後，遇上民宅區進入轉青山路，
登山口位於青山路上，詳細請見下圖位置。

Transportation: Drive to Beixin road(北新路）in Sanzhi district(三芝區), then turn to Zhongshan road sec.3 , you will meet Qing shan road with several houses. Trailhead just located at Qing shan road and please check below for detailed location .

2:07 P.M. 抵達登山口，有許多布條在登山口處還有三芝區公所設立的警示牌告訴登山者路徑不佳要注意安全。從這裡進入後從頭到尾皆是林蔭密佈的森林，僅有登山口有強烈的陽光照射

2:07 p.m. arrive trailhead. Some signs and warning board are both located here to remind vistors. Dense forest shade the trail against sun light all the way, only trailhead has sunshine.

沿著青山路進來到登山口的產業道路相當寬敞，從登山口看去可見到前方陽明山系列的竹子山/蒿山。

Country road is wide from Qing-shan road. You can see Zhuzi shan and Hao-shan both from the view of trailhead.

從離線地圖上可看到，登山口從海拔350m開始一路緩上到海拔600mm的內柑宅瀑布與菁礐遺址，中間會經過一處過溪點，橫跨內柑宅溪，總長來回4.5公里。

From the offline navigation map, track ascending gardually from elevation 350 meter to waterfall destination with elevation 600 meter. It’s takes 4.5 kilometer and will cross over Neiganzhai’s river on the way.

2:10 P.M. 遇上五腳松古道岔路口，不取繼續直行。
岔路口上頭有藍天隊最新2019來訪五腳松古道的字樣，但是入口不明顯多雜草，似乎很少人行走探訪。

2:10 p.m. meet branchroad to Wujiaosong trail. Do not take it and keep going straight.

Wujiansong trailhead looks like ruin and messy weed grow everywhere, it’s seems like no people visit now.

2:22 P.M. 九芎情人座，路上遇到一九芎橫木，上頭有著很新的藍天隊告示牌。

2:22 p.m. Lagerstroemia subcostata was horizontal located at trail. There is really new sign writened down” this tree is called as Jiu Qiong seat for a couple”

在遇到內柑宅溪之前，路徑皆寬廣平緩好走，沿路林相茂盛多有遮蔭。

Trail is pretty easily to walk on it before arrived neiganzhai river and many shadow on the way.

2:39 p.m. 抵達涉溪處，這邊的溪水已經相當乾淨清徹，接下來要跨越石頭與溪水到對面的山路繼續走。接下來的山徑會開始變相當狹窄並為碎石頭青苔路，艱辛的路從這邊開始。

2:39 p.m. arrived the Neiganzhai river, it need to directly across the river to following trail. After here, track will become narrow with stone moss and keep go uphill difficultly.

還沒有到下午三點，內柑宅古道上已經相當昏暗，再晚一點變會陰暗到看不太清楚的狀況。
過溪後到抵達瀑布前會經歷多次岔路，建議稍微記憶一下以免回程不記得。

Haven’t 3 p.m. in Neiganzhai trail, trail have become pretty dark and unclear. Also, before arived Neiganzhai waterfall, it will be many branchroad need to be turned left or right, better to remember it.

3:40 P.M. 菁礐遺址，早期居民在這裡製作藍染的遺址，從現在的山徑也可以發現不少的藍染植物（大菁）又稱馬藍，四處長在路徑兩旁。

3:40 p.m. arrive Jingque ruin(菁礐遺址), it was construction here to produce pigment of blue color by Strobilanthesformosanus Moore （大菁）plant. They are many this kinds of plant here on the way.

左方為菁礐遺址，地面上可以找到用石頭堆起來的淺圍牆，以及右方為大菁植物，常見於此處。(・∀・)

Left picture is Jingque ruin(菁礐遺址) and few stacking stone by human can be found here. Right picture is Strobilanthesformosanus Moore （大菁）plant which can very often to see along the trail.

3:50 P.M.到達內柑宅瀑布，清澈的瀑布水剛好可以一洗一路上爬升的汗水(๑´ㅂ`๑)
因為抵達登山口時間太晚，加上行進速度較慢，僅僅休息20分鐘就速速啟程，此時雲層密佈天色相當昏暗，在炎熱的台灣夏日，紅葉谷冰冷的瀑布水已經到寒徹刺骨的程度，實在是反差很大。

3:50 p.m. arrive Neiganzhai waterfall, crystal clean water is super good and cold for summer’s weather to wash body (๑´ㅂ`๑)
It’s said that we only takes 20 minutes break here and prepare to return back because it’s already too late and getting dark in afternoon with cloudy weather. While it’s extremly different compared to freeezing cold waterfall and super hot weather in Taipei.

5:45 p.m.回到登山口，山徑已經昏暗到需要戴上頭燈。

5:45 p.m. back to trailhead, we wear headlamp during backing to trailhead due to it’s too dark along the way.

這一趟來回4.5K紅葉谷瀑布之行，從地圖上來看雖然緩升且長度一般，但因為路徑溼滑還要過溪跨越無數碎石才能抵達，需要一定程度的體力耐心以及對路線的了解。其實不太適合老人家或小朋友來爬，能的話還是由有經驗的人帶領喔 (´･ω･`)

This 4.5 K red-leaves valley’s waterfall hiking trip, it seems like easy trail but actually it’s not. Endless stone with moss you need to across, advanced hiking skill with patient is needed and understand how is the track going. Not recommened for older people and children to visit if no experienced people to lead (´･ω･`)

【瑞芳牡丹山】通往九份黃金山城的天梯與牡丹山(Road to Jiufen city and Mu-dan Shan)

天氣多雲時晴
在台北102縣道的最高點不厭亭，有來來去去的遊客，還有旁邊一座平坦的寬山頭立在一旁高點，就是牡丹山，海拔654公尺，可以清楚見到周圍平溪石碇與五分山雷達站，隔壁的燦光寮山接續半屏山茶壺山近在眼前。登山口就位於不厭亭附近一個不起眼但布滿登山條的路上，往來的行人幾乎只往不厭亭拍照或是在一旁的香腸攤買點點心，而一路在牡丹山的山路上一人也沒有，平緩的山路適合一般人前往，看看山海一線的好風景。

位於不厭亭附近約步行20分鐘路程的大粗坑古道入口，為早期通往九份與大粗坑聚落兩邊的聯絡道路，而當中的天梯，就建在聚落之上，立於大自然山中的長梯顯得非常特別突出！早期天梯底下的大粗坑聚落稱為“小美國”而九份為“小上海”，早期大粗坑聚落居民因發現小金瓜露頭黃金礦源而繁榮的聚落，當地民眾前往九份消費時，因花費闊綽被稱為美國仔。來這裡造訪不厭亭或九份的同時，除了賞山海景之外也適合來這裡懷古尋幽探舊幾十年前採礦歷史與舊城。(・∀・)

以下為攀登牡丹山的基本資訊：

交通資訊：自行開車到102縣道上的不厭亭，登山口位於不厭亭附近

前往天梯的資訊（大粗坑古道）：

交通資訊：自行開車到102縣道上的大粗坑古道路口，下行約500公尺可見到天梯

Cloudy and sunny day,
There is super wider and flat summit just located at county highway No.102 near by Buyanting(不厭亭）, called as Mudan-shan （牡丹山） with elevation 654 mm. Ping-Xi, Wu-fen shan‘s radar, Tsan-guang-liao shan, Ban-ping shan and Cha-hu shan are all clear seen at summit with fabulous view and it’s only few people visiting place. Trailhead just around Buyanting with many sign at trailhead and will described later in article below. Most of people only visit Buyanting and BBQ sausage street vendor here in contrast with Mudan Shan. Mudan-shan is worthy to visit and wonderful with magnificent view, it doesn’t need to much advanced skill to summit.
Da-cukeng trail is located at county highway No.102 and takes around 20 minutes walking to here from Buyanting, it was old trail connecting with gold-mining town Da-cuken （大粗坑）and Jenfen city (九份). Giant ladder is located at Da-cukeng trail and above the old mining city Da-cukeng, it’s really special and unusual appearing at many green mountains. In the very begining of 1900, people who lived in Da-cukeng city was called as ” American” and they were so rich that spend many money at Jenfen city in old days. This trail filled with historical building and old mining city memory and really worthy to visit if come to here. (・∀・)

Transportation: Drive to Dacu-keng trailhead and will see giant ladder after keep straight 500 m

下圖的高峰是燦光寮山與左側的半屏山連稜，山頂上的平台具有360度的無遮攔風景(*≧▽≦)

Tsan guang-liao shan and Ban-ping shan can be seen at below picture and both can be seen at summit with wonderful view(*≧▽≦)

路線圖文紀錄

2:00 p.m. 到達牡丹山登山口，路口隱藏在小徑當中，可以參考下圖知道登山口位置，大約為在不厭亭路口在往前十公尺處。位於雙溪區與瑞芳區告示綠牌的下方附近。

2:00 p.m. arrived Mudan-shan trailhead and it hides at county highway No.102. You can check it out below picture for detailed trailhead location which is around 10 meter away from Buyanting and near the sign of Shuangxi District/Ruifang District.

路口處會有多條登山布條暗示前往牡丹山。
找不到的人可以多留意這一點來找到隱密的登山口 (´･ω･`)

Many sign at trailhead hint the Mudan-shan’s direction. It’s better to check if you can’t find out the entrance to Mudan-shan.(´･ω･`)

參考地圖跟等高線可以知道，從不厭亭附近的登山口會一路上升到稜線，接下就一路走平坦的山路到牡丹山山頂～

Based on map with contour line, trail will gradually ascend to ridge. After arrive ridge, trail become flat and easy to walk on it to summit.

起頭大約會短短的爬升120公尺，一路兩旁皆沒有遮蔭，不過路跡清楚很好行走，撐過這一段後就可以很輕鬆的在稜線上欣賞兩旁的風景慢慢的走向山頂囉(・∀・)

No shadow at the begining of trail, and total ascend 120 mm to summit. Trail is pretty clear and recognized easily.

爬升時隨時往回頭看，都可以見到渺小的不厭亭與周邊的群山一覽無遺

If you look back during asending, you can see Buyanting and endless mountains around you.

上升到稜線後，一就路像右方照片山徑一樣平坦路到山頂，同時因為兩旁都是芒草，整路上不會有任何遮蔭的樹蔭，適合秋高氣爽的天氣或多雲時節來探訪比較好，否則很容易曬成人乾囉(´･ω･`)

After arrived to ridge, both side are full of miscanthus and no shadow as wll. It’s better to visit during fall/spring season othereise it will super sweating at sunny day (´･ω･`)

2:17 p.m.到達山頂，只花約20分鐘的時間登頂，山頂具有一顆三角點。
除了來不厭亭拍拍照之外，來旁邊的小山走走外也可再順訪附近的大粗坑古道/貂山古道/金字碑古道。

2:17 p.m. arrive Mudan-shan summit, it takes 20 minutes from trailhead.
Besides visiting Buyanting/Mudan-shan, you can also check out adjacent Da-cukeng trail(大粗坑）/Diao-shan trail(貂山古道）/Jinzibei trail （金字碑古道）as well.

山頂上因為毫無遮蔭，風景360度的寬廣連延山脈景色一字排開，前方的燦光寮山739m比牡丹山還略高了80公尺左右。當天因為是多雲時晴的天氣，山頂也有涼風加上四處無一人，幽靜的享受山上的風景一待就快三點才繼續前往下一站(´･ω･`)

There are no trees or bushes to give shade at summit but with endless mountains with 360° view of mountains view will be in front of you! Tsan-guang liao shan 739 mm is in front of you as well and taller 85 mm than Mu-dan shan(654mm). Cool wind with cloudy weater and no people here at summit, it’s suitable to stay longer here and enjoy scenery and i even stay 30 minutes here (´･ω･`)

其實除了山頂上風景，有另外一處筆者我更推薦休息看風景，繼續從三角點往前行到底，左轉往電塔平台方向，平台上有更好的展望可以清楚看到東北角海岸與很茶壺山。

而右轉的山路則是往山腳上的草山戰備道路，但近日探訪往草山戰備道路的山徑已經荒煙漫草，不確定下切的路線好不好走所以直接折返選擇原路回去。

Besides Mudan-shan summit, there will be another spot recommeneded for you. It will be flat platform to take rest with even better view if keep going straight from summit.
You wil see the branchload to electrical tower if choose left as right figure, and tsao-shan chan-pei road（草山戰備道）if choose right. But trail at right side have been full of Mucanthus and difficult to walk.

2:58 p.m.到達電塔下方處，走到可以見到山海一線與東北角風景，還有牡丹山牌子660m的告示牌也在此地。

2:58 p.m. arrived electroal tower platform, here you can see ocean/mountain view clearly and sign of Mudan-shan is located at this place with remarked 660mm.

天氣好就是一片湛藍的海搭上茶壺山近在眼前～下圖右方是茶壺山

Crystal blue ocean and Cha-hu shan(茶壺山） are front of you~ Cha-hu shan is located at right side of below picture.

整趟牡丹山之行大約只需要一小時就可以完成來回，算是很輕鬆又可以飽覽美景CP值很高的一座小山。

Basically Mudan-shan only takes 1 hours to complete trail, it’s pretty easy to visit and worthy to go.

大約三點半離開牡丹山登山口後，前往瑞雙公路上的大粗坑古道入口處，入口處有一座石碑寫著“大粗坑古道”，探訪早期大粗坑聚落先民幾十年前來往九份的古道與隱藏在山中的超長天梯！

Back to trailhead at 3:30 p.m. , and forward to Dacu-keng （大粗坑）trailhead at rui shuang highway（瑞雙公路）. There will be a stone stela marked “Dacu-ken trail” at Dacu-keng trailhead, here you can visit the old trail which was one of way to Jen-fen for the people lived in ancient times and giant ladder.

天梯的歷史

往大粗坑古道往下走大約五百公尺，就會遇到天梯的入口。以前在清朝光緒1890年有先民在基隆河段修築鐵路時發現沙金，1889年往基隆河上游發展，在大粗坑與小粗坑聚落這裡發現了大量金礦礦脈，即九份山頂上的小金瓜露頭，要去小金瓜石露頭的話，在大粗坑古道入口旁邊幾公尺處的柵欄入口直走進去就會看到露頭步道幾分鐘就可抵達。
下圖左側是天梯位置示意圖，入口位於產業道路旁，直接從古道入口步行到此也很方便。

Giant ladder is located at 500 meter away from Dacu-keng trail. In 1890 year, people found gold sand at Ji-long river(基隆河）during train construction work. Besides Ji-long river, people keep searching upstream of JI-long river for gold sand as well, fortunatly, Jenf-en summit was found huge gold mining which was around the Dacu-keng city. Currently visotor can see the mining at the “Jiu gua lou tou trail” (金瓜露頭）which is 1 minutes walking way away from Dacu-keng trail.
Below left diagrame is the schmatic of giant ladder location, it onlys takes roughly 10 miuntes walking from entrance of Dacu-keng trailhead.

大粗坑聚落在民國五十,六十年代因為礦業蓬勃的關係與金瓜石,瑞芳合稱為瑞芳三大金都，可見得早期之繁榮，以前居住於大粗坑/小粗坑聚落的居民要前往九份與猴硐只有兩條路，一條是大粗坑古道，另一條即是小粗坑古道，兩條中間還有一條山腰古道。據說以前大粗坑人來到九份拜訪時，九份店家的人都會大聲歡呼說：『“美國仔”來了！～』^[4]，或許是因為金礦礦脈的豐碩讓粗坑人出手都很闊綽的關係? 好奇之下查到有相關論文討論昔日此地礦工每日收穫1兩-5兩不等，一兩即50克，若是換算成現在的金價一克1500來算，每一日都相當于賺了七八萬塊以上，當然昔日的金價非常便宜不如現在(´･ω･`)

但是在近代民國73年的瑞芳煤礦火災造成一百多人死亡，與民國76年的琳恩颱風，都重創了這一帶的礦石產業，政府開始轉往國外進口燃煤並輔導煤礦業者轉型與相關新煤礦開採政策，颱風帶來的土石流也摧毀了粗坑聚落，逐漸落寞的採礦城市，除了現今九份依然有非常多的遊客來探訪，但是周遭的產礦村落卻逐漸湮沒，不妨來九份走走時，也來探訪一下這邊的古蹟遺址，據諸多遊記記載，許多旅人來這裡探訪時大德宮常有大粗坑本地人來清掃並說明當地的歷史，或許有更多人的來訪與紀錄，大粗坑的記憶才會真正的永存在人們心中。

Dacu-keng （大粗坑）city, Rui-keng （瑞芳） and Jiu gua shi (金瓜石） are named as ” Top three gold minging city” at 1960-1970 decades. Only 2 way can be contacted between Houtong （猴硐）and Jen-feng (九份）city are Dacu-keng trail ,Xiao-cukeng trail. It’s said that people pend many money earned from many gold mining and were called as ” Americans are coming~!” by Jen-fen city’s street vendor in old times. From the study of Da-cukeng mining history report, people can mining 50 gram – 250 gram of gold per day. It’s equal to 70k-80k NT dollars earning per day if the gold price counted as current exchange rate. (´･ω･`)
While in 1984 Rui-feng catastrophic fire caused to destory mining industry developement and 100 people death at least, in 1987, Lin-en typhoon even destroy houses and construction in mining city seriouly , goverment start to import mining abroad and help mining industry to change their product. However, du-cukeng city become ruin and no people come here to visit nowadays.
Recommend to go wandering around Du-cukeng trail after visit Jen-fen city, you will found many hisorical building and old mining cave here. It’s said that some people who lived in old decades will come to here to clean up the temple “Da-de temple”, they will tell visitors about prosperous story about Dacukeng city, miner and even where still have gold sand. Believe more people come to visit here, then more Dacukeng’s memory will be remembered.

從天梯往下看去，左側小建築物即是大德宮，右邊是猴硐國小大山分校。當時太小的孩子無法自己走到猴硐站上猴硐國小，於是1940年日治時期政府在大粗坑小粗坑分別設立了猴硐公學校，到了民國時期，大粗坑公學校改名為猴硐國小大粗坑大山分校，地點就立在大德宮一旁，並曾有12屆的學生。

走回大粗坑古道入口時，從側面看去天梯的方向，很剛好可以見到天梯與牡丹山合景。

在大粗坑古道入口旁，有一條步道可以通往金瓜石露頭。
金瓜石露頭有分成“大金瓜露頭”，以及“小金瓜露頭”，位於大粗坑古道旁邊的露頭為“小金瓜露頭”，而大金瓜石露頭則在金瓜石的本山礦場。

小金瓜露頭與大金瓜露頭開採發展大相徑庭，小金瓜在日治時期由精通日文的”台灣人顏雲年“花費30萬元買下小金瓜礦場轉為民營企業，為台陽礦業株式會社，而大金瓜則是引進日本的現代工業化儀器開採礦脈留下大量的設備，日本人為管理階層而台灣人在此固定工作每日領固定工資3-5角不等。

When walking back to Da-cu keng trailhead, Mu-dan shan and giant ladder both can been clear seen together as right figure.
There is trail called as “Jin gua shi lou tou”(金瓜石露頭)which means a mining resource looks like a pumpkin, it just located near by Da-cukeng trailhead.
Actually,”Jin gua shi lou tou” has 2 places, one is small jin gua shi lou tou, another one is big jin gua shi lou tou. The smaller one is near Da-cukeng, another big one is located at Rei-feng city.
In 1930, small Jiun-gua-shi-lou-tou mining industry was bought by Taiwanese Yan Yun-nian(顏雲年）from Japan goverment as 300K Yen so it becomes private enterprise. In contrast, big Jiun-gua-shi lou-tou was managed by Japan goverment with modern equipment and mining wage is 30-50 cent NT per day for Taiwanese.

因為九份山頂的這份大金礦礦源，當時吸引了非常多抱著黃金夢的礦夫來此鑿井，在瑞雙公路上可以看到數個老舊的豎井與平井（如右圖）依然在那裡，有些則被封了起來。

Because huge mining resouce at Jen-fen city, it attracts many miner coming to here to dig well for mining work. You can found many well structure along the Rei-shuang highway and some was closed already as right figure.

現在的小金瓜露頭，以前取名為金瓜是因為外型像南瓜的關係，不過看來現在因為開採已經變成像腰果了(´･_･`)，仔細去現場看的話還可以看到許多的愚人金分佈在露頭上，即黃鐵礦。

Small Jiun-gua-shi-lou-tou looked like pumpkin several decades ago so it was called as “Jiun gua” which meaning is pumpkin. But it was been through too many mining work already, it may looks like cashew nuts now (´･_･`). You can see many pyrite on stone at summit of Jiun-gua-shi-lou-tou trail if you look stone carefully.

從小金瓜石露頭旁的金瓜石山（576m)往下方看去，露頭在照片的中央處(・∀・)，多雲時晴時此處有風舒服又有展望～

(・∀・), here it’s windy and super comfortable with cloudy weather.

同樣從金瓜石山山頂望去，還可見到遠方的基隆山

Ji-long shan(基隆山） can be seen from the Jiun-gua-shi shan summit as well.

返程路上，順道經過米詩提甜點，現在來九份必訪這家的經典泡芙，雖然一顆要價60，但是泡芙餡料超級豐富σ(≧ε≦ｏ)還有芋頭 /鮮奶油/ 地瓜/ 巧克力/ 抹茶的口味可以選！真心覺得好吃，不會到太甜加上千層的酥外皮～很搭

I almost visit Misty store everytime when i go to Jen-feng cuty, even 1 puff takes 60 NT. Their puff has many yummy cream inside puff σ(≧ε≦ｏ) and there are taro/sweet patato/chocolate/mocha /milk favor to choose! It’s pretty delicious and tasty !

結語

這一趟通往九份粗坑古道天梯與牡丹山之行，除了享受山海一線與甜點外，穿梭過去100年採礦工人踩過的道路與看過那繁華過的聚落，就會發現裡頭有想不到的龐大歷史在裡頭，就算現在看起來已經一片平和祥靜，只剩下了荒蕪與大自然。

【新店石碇後山】翡翠水庫碧綠湖景（Shiding Hu shan)

石碇後山位於翡翠水庫北端，可以清楚的看到大臺北地區的飲用水源地-翡翠水庫，碧綠的湖水綿延十幾公里以及周邊的名山，枯水期才能前往的九紀山還有南方常有大會師的阿玉山群峰，山頂視野寬廣擁有270度的環景，加上近期藍天隊來訪，路徑清晰好走不一會兒功夫就可以從產業道路上到山頂，一路上也只遇到兩個獨行登山客，喜歡幽靜看湖景的人可以來一探究竟！(・∀・)/

Shiding hu shan(石碇後山） is located in the north of Fei-ts’ui dam(翡翠水庫）, it’s clear to see main water reservoir providing people live in Taipei and endless mountains surrounding with you at summit. Also, Jiu ji shan(九紀山）and A Yu shan(阿玉山）both can be seen at summit as well which are famous for dry season visit only and hiking club gathering party ,respectively. Fortunately, Lan tian hiking club just visit here currently to clean up trail, they usually clean up Taipei hiking trail when they pass by it and famous for it. This trail is really not long to reach the summit with pretty clear trail instruction. It’s worthy and impressive for you if you like quiet environment to enjoy wonderful lake view !(・∀・)/

11:30 a.m. 到達登山口，旁邊是一個整理得很乾淨的小農園，入口處安插了幾株楓樹，在五月中的台灣夏日，這邊吹來的風是涼快的～

11:30 a.m. arrived to trailhead, there is small and well-arrangement farm just near by it with few maple tree at entrance. Wind blowing in summer season is really enjoyable especially in terrible hot weather of Taiwan.

農園旁邊就是登山口，有一條登山布條指引入口的方向´･ᴗ･`

Trailhead is near the farm with the sign pointing to trail direction.´･ᴗ･`

剛開始的山路平緩好走，沿路像是被整理好的寬廣森林山徑，可惜有許多小飛蟲會沿路尾隨產生嗡嗡嗡的聲音( >д<)

Trail gradually ascent at the beginning, it seems organized and pulled out the weeds already helping hiker to walk along trail easily. While many little bug make noise all the way( >д<)

11:43 a.m.到達三岔路口，分別前往鳥嘴尖,暗寶劍山,赤腳蘭山與石碇後山

Pear我預計這趟經過赤腳蘭山與石碇後山而不取另兩座，根據近期山友遊記 ^[1]於今年四月底參訪過鳥嘴尖與暗寶劍山，因為樹叢遮擋導致展望不如石碇後山，故不取

11:43 a.m. arrive branchroad to Niao-zui JIan(鳥嘴尖）, Anbao-jian shan（暗寶劍山）, Chijiao-lan shan（赤腳蘭山） and Shiding-hu shan （石碇後山）
Plan to visit Chijiao-lan shan（赤腳蘭山） and Shiding-hu shan （石碇後山）only because there is no excellent view at another 2 peak ,Niao-zui JIan(鳥嘴尖）, Anbao-jian shan（暗寶劍山) based on the hik ing daily blog^[1] documented by other hiker.

取左走赤腳蘭山/石碇後山，會先經過一段小陡上的路，兩旁伴隨著一叢一叢的竹林，這一處也有清楚的藍天隊指標指示方向！

Take the trail at left side to Shiding-hu shan(石碇後山）and Chijiao-lan shan(赤腳蘭山）, trail will be steeply ascend after branchroad with bamboo on both side. Here you don’t need to worry about the direction because there are clear sign to tell you the direction as below left picture.

11:53 a.m.到達赤腳蘭山，無基石無展望，有一片平地可供休息，不過也沒花多少時間到這裡就繼續續行了(´･ω･`) 總不能走10分鐘就休息10分鐘，繼續往石碇南山出發～

11:53 a.m. arrived to Chijian-lan shan(赤腳蘭山）with no triangulation and no view here but flat terrain. Keep going to Shiding-hu shan without taking rest!(´･ω･`)

從赤腳蘭山往石碇後山路上，會經過些許假山頭先陡下再陡上～

From Chijiao-lan shan to Shiding-hu shan, it will be some fake summit on the way which need to endless ascent and rappelling again and again.

快到山頂前會有部分路段傾斜，路變小條要掌握下腳的位置～

Trail will be slightly tilted before arrived to summit, road become small and difficult to find out where can safely landed.

12:20 p.m.到達石碇後山山頂(・∀・) 經過一小條的山徑就會有很寬廣的山景囉！

前方就是翡翠水庫湖景，Pear我當初會得知這個景點是有一次去造訪石碇雙峰路上的雞心尖，在無人的山頂上坐著休息時，有一位獨行的大叔突然出現了，聊到他前陣子從從中嶺山連走暗寶劍山以及直潭山縱走，當中的石碇後山風景讓他印象很深刻，驚呼了很多次，於是就決定來看看(≧▽≦) 果不其然不讓人失望的風景加上安靜的山徑，很適合天氣涼爽來踏青～

另外在前往石碇南山的路上就是雙峰路，也會經過雞心尖附近喔！在今年2021三月藍天隊也有來整理過，雞心尖是一條有些微挑戰性的路線，有很多攀岩的路線但是沒有展望～

Fei-ts’ui reservoir great view is in front of you when you arrived to summit. Actually i got to know this Shiding-hu shan information from a man who hike alone at Jixin-jian(雞心尖), he told me there is fabulous view at summit of Shiding-hu shan and you must visit it. He was walking from Zhong-ling shan(中嶺山）,Anbao-jiao shan(暗寶劍山）and Zhi-tan Shan(直潭山）at 1 day long trail hiking. Shiding-Hu shan surprised me a lot truly with quiet and magnificent lake view (≧▽≦)
Also, the road driving to Shiding-hu shan trailhead will pass by the Shuang-Feng road(雙峰路）which are the one of trailhead to Jixin-jian(雞心尖）！This year 2021 Lan-tian hiking club have visit it as well to pull out weeds as well, it’s challenging and adventurous trail with no view at summit.

下方圖面前方的小山就是九紀山，需要在枯水期越過乾涸的水道並行走長6-10小時才能抵達的小山^[2]^[3]，是一個不容小覷的登山路線，看了相關遊記後都對走過九紀山的勇者感到佩服(。_。)。

The small mountain at front of below picture is Jin-ji Shan(九紀山）, it only can visit during dry season and takes about 6 – 10 hours hiking^[2]^[3] with tough trail with many weeds around you. It’s really respectful to those who have been visited Jin-ji Shan (。_。)

山頂上有著廢棄石砌的遺址，理當是日治時期設立的隘勇線所設立的，經過一查是明治30年(1897)年代總督府專門圍堵臺北景尾山區一帶的泰雅族原住民的景尾隘勇線。

13:30 p.m.返回到登山口處休息，雖然出口處很陰涼也無蚊蟲，但台灣五天的天氣還是讓人想泡個冰涼溪水～

決定騎車出雙峰路後從九省道切到烏來方向走往紅河谷加九寮泡泡水，在好幾年前未受颱風侵襲的加九寮夏日，就是滿坑滿谷的戲水人潮，反觀現在遊客稀疏，容易覓得一處不受人打擾的小池子泡溪水幽靜的度過一個快樂的夏日下午(*≧▽≦)

13:30 p.m. back to trailhead. In May season of Taiwan, cold river and freezing water is really attractive to me in this kinds of super hot weather.
Decide to go Jia-Jiu-Liao(加九寮）in Wu lai (烏來）from Taiwan number nine highway, it was super many people coming to enjoy swimming several years ago before typhoon destroying Jia-Jiu Liao. In contrast, only few people come here and really easy to find a quiet space to enjoy a holiday afternoon in summer day (*≧▽≦).
